be brave-9-20When I am feeling overwhelmed and don’t know what to do- THIS is my mantra!

I can usually figure out the “next” thing to do, even when I can’t see the whole path or process.  That can be scary, and often leads to mental gymnastics, procrastination, and overwhelm.

In these moments, I remind myself that all I have to do it the very next thing! Then I can figure out the next step and choose to do that.  Little by little, step by step, action gets me through to my goal.  So for today, just try it!

What is the next thing to do regarding a project, relationship, goal, idea?
